Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans must honor their constitutional duty and vote up or down on President Obama's nominee to the Supreme Court. Sign the petition. We've seen GOP Senators across the country publicly pledge to block President Obama's nominee to the Supreme Court -- before he even has time to make a choice. Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell said within hours of the news, "This vacancy should not be filled until we have a new President." I don't know about you, but when I voted for President Obama in 2012 I voted for a four year term, not three. Sign my petition and tell the Republicans in the Senate to fulfill their Constitutional obligation. Whomever President Obama nominates deserves an up or down vote. This next session of the Supreme Court has huge implications. Here are just some of the major decisions pending: President Obama's executive order protecting millions from deportation, abortion rights, access to contraception, voting rights, and a right wing attack on workers. There is too much at stake to leave the court deadlocked at 4-4. Sign my petition and tell Republicans to hold a fair up or down vote on whomever President Obama nominates. Thank you, Donna
