Everyone rec this diary so we really take this seriously so a lot of people’s lives can be saved from inhumane consequences they do not deserve.
We need to be skeptical that given the voter suppression corruption, GOP controlled legislatures, and corporate media not investigating anything with Donald Trump while making it seem “Hillary” always deserved investigations, there is legitimate reason to suspect foul corruption leading to Trump’s victory in the three closest swing states.
It is disturbing that people who don’t want a recount or “double check” to make sure all votes are counted properly in this unprecedented election are trying to shut things down.
The GOP is perfectly okay with North Carolina wanting to go into a recount. If Donald Trump was the loser of the electoral vote while he won the popular vote, all of his supporters would fight in power to throw out the results.
It is the same GOP who says “Hillary did not really win the popular vote”.
What is wrong with “double checking”?
We have seen this playbook before where the Supreme Court and GOP fought hard to stop recounts in 2000 and 2004.
It is systematic corruption at play. Regardless of the corruption of both DNC and RNC plus the corporate media and Comey, Hillary Clinton may have won the election regardless if the cover-ups were uncovered.
Hillary Clinton was far from the ideal candidate and she made mistakes in the campaign. But I really think she fought a lot against the system like she always has. She crushed the debates. Gore is nothing compared to Hillary.
We can’t blame everything at Hillary, 3rd party, Obama, or Bernie Sanders.
